"We hereby certify that the potatoes and vegetables are the property of the Orphans Home in Warsaw and are transported to Warsaw to us from our colony in Czaplowizna at 1 Klasztorna Street, Municipality of Wawer."
The only known document, a bilingual letter, is signed by Janusz Korczak with both Goldschmit's and Korczak's signatures. The letter served as a kind of epilogue (1921-1940) for the Summer Camp Rózyczka. The letter was addressed to German authorities. The document was issued to Jan Zalewski.
Later, Korczak started to use a rubber stamp with both names as a signature!
