My Jet Lag (Avoiding) Formula of combating it is miraculous!
I fly twice a year to and from Europe. Each time I have sleep problems and my recovery rate is low.
This time, I slept just one hour on the flight from New York. At 3.35 PM on the day of arrival I felt dizzy and wanted to have a short nap. However the telephone rang and my daughter wanted to say something very important.
5 minutes later, 3.40 PM, I was full of energy riding my bike towards City Hall in Stockholm (1.11 mile). Unconsciousness and the Jet Lag were absent!
Simple explanation:
My little girl got married 3.25 PM in the City Hall in Stockholm.
