In 1921 Korczak orphanage opened a summer camp on Rozyczka farm in Goclawek. We know that numerous basic vegetables were grown in green houses there. There were also five milking cows and, one horse and hens (?). New for me is that they were selling fresh flowers, fruit, potatoes, wheat and rye.
Actually, the summer camp was a typical Hachshara - Preparation - הַכְשָׁרָה for emigration to Eretz Israel.
